NVC should be approved in about a month..Then they send to consulate for interview???

We wait now for NVC to approve and that could take 4 weeks and then they set a date for Interview if there are no RFE's All should go well from here on out.......

My wife still cries everyday she just can't understand how a husband and wife must go thru this process. It's cruelty at its best..

I am waiting for IV bill to finish processing then all documents get mailed..

This is insane, 6 months and they want all this proof.. All I send was a letter from my mom, 2 pictures of us signing our marriage document at the ministry justice and our marriage certificate which we had apostilled..I didn't send anything else and they didn't ask

I think about you often.. Has anything been said.. I think it's a travesty all these january petitions getting approved. It makes no sense.
