Hmm why was it not valid..Did you have it translated.The police will apostle and have it translated. This is the only reason why I could see its not valid. Also It has to be done within 3 months..If you have more questions please feel free to ask.. My wife has been here 3 months and she loves it..

I am so happy for you... The POE should be a breeze.. The only problem I had was they couldn't tell you if she was on the flight and it took 2 hours to clear customs.. Most of the wait was because of other immigrants..

immigration was horrendous. She flew straight to Seattle from Amsterdam. They wouldn't tell me if she was on the flight

her flight came in at 1130am and I didn't see her until 1345pm. They won't tell you a thing.. Are you going to embassy or you waiting in America??

Embassy told her a week but She got visa next day.. She lives 20 minutes from Tbilisi..She is in America now, we have been so busy I havent had time to write on forum. My parents flew in last Monday and left Friday... How are things going with you?? Interview date yet??

What a bunch of ####### on interview date.. Did you email consulate directly.. I am not sure if he still works there but try Andrew J. Partin he is vice consul.. I met him last November.. His email is tbilisivisa@state.gov

Hi we got her visa next day after interview.. Now we waiting to book flight.

Her son's girlfriend"s parents want the kids to marry before she comes to America, so things are kind of crazy at the moment

I had 2 RFE one in USCIS and another in NVC they both took about 7-10 days

What cause all the trouble was USCIS approving everyon ein 30-60 days. This cause a huge backlog in the NVC stage. I pray for October also.. At least georgian interviews fast and easy

My wife just called.. she got her visa. I don't know the particulars but they never looked at any documents.. LOL they didnt even ask for the amrriage certificate they made her get.. She said a few questions were asked.. I am off to bed.. I'll let you know more details when I talk to her tomorrow.. She did say 10 days she will have visa!!!!!!!!...

Soon you will have interview date.. When they receive package it only takes 2 weeks to approve and after they approve another 10 days for interview date...october seems about right for interview date.. I hope you have a pleasant trip.. Drop by the embassyin Albania and ask questions with an American consulate.. Never hurts to stay ahead of the game..........!!!!!...

We just waiting for email confirmation for medical etc..Really can't plan much until Visa is in hand.. Airfare etc.. How are things going with you?? Your interview also August

Interview date is August 17.. I called NVC and that is what they told me.. I have received no email yet
