  1. I think a child raised by a wealthy single mother has a much better shot at success in life than a child raised by a poor mother and father. I think we should focus less on getting these women married and more on getting them educated.

Right, now what percentage of urban AA fit your ideal scenario?

We? So what, they just have kid after kid, continue acting irresponsibly, then it's up to "we" to fix their choices? I want to help people who are down and out and suffered bad luck, certainly not someone who has an underling culture that does not give a #######.

Anyone who does not see that this is rooted in culture, needs to get out of their upscale left-wing neighborhoods and go interact with these people. Go visit various AA communities, go teach in these communities and then come tell me that these people are just down and out. Regardless of cause, they have built a culture of crime, mediocrity, blame and poverty.

Just the other day I was driving on 95 and saw a vehicle approaching rapidly in the left lane. Another vehicle switched in the same lane, yet they still hand more than enough room from the first vehicle. Next you hear the vehicle applying their horn for about 30 seconds while behind them. Who was it? An AA lady, ghetto looking as it gets from Maryland; probably from Prince George County. You think I should have to pay for someone with such a scum-of-the-earth pathetic attitude? Or "we" should go out of our way to help her? I don't think so.

A what point do those on the left wake up and realize that the decades of excuses have achieved nothing? FA actually. Or the failure to recognize this is cultural in nature, is why the problem still continues unabated and with no end in sight. Now I am not saying the do nothing approach of the right works but the give them money and all will go away has failed.

  2. as I said, you're suck a hack on things like this. Instead of admitting problems, you're like "well Johnny did this though."

Get real. Truly pathetic man. Truly pathetic.

Mr Batshit crazy himself throwing out an insult. No offense but your opinion filled posts have been an utter joke since day one. You're like Gary's younger bosom buddy, both as dumb and stupid as the other; both libertarians; both from a state that is the butt of joke in the union.

Only you can get a story and twist it to suit your warped batshit crazy ideas. For example, UK downsizing equals government has failed.

PS Is it as pathetic as your house value? ;)

  3. I knew you weren't man enough to actually step up and admit that Qantas wasn't regulated by the government enough here....

Oh and despite your piddly arguments, Southwest (which I don't care for) makes more money than most any other airlines do...

What does mechanical failure have to do with the government? The have had one crash in over 90 years and that was in the ~50's involving 5 people. Their regulation seems to be working quite well actually. What's the track-record of US airlines in this area?

Having actually flown on the A380, the jet is freagin awesome and nothing like the rusted walmart-grade ####### flown around here. Heck, at least you get food on their flights.

  4. I thought this wasn't supposed to happen with Australian corporations?

All I hear about is how wages are so much better and employees do their job. About how government regulations prevent this sort of thing from happening... that there's no reason at all for screw ups like this!

Paul Paul Paul, one guess which company has the second most A380 and 787 orders in the world? Or delivered 10 years straight of profits.

How are those shitty Texan airlines doing? Southwest or AA. Probably the two worst airlines I have unfortunately flown on. If the US did not have government regulation in place regarding foreign ownership, all of the US airlines would have had their azz handed to them. Especially so me shitty YeeHa! dumb-###### Texan airline.

I wonder how many Texan households just one of those A380's can buy, even this damaged one. Probably Texas, but apparently having cheap homes is "a good thing". True Story, heard it from the VJ righties.

PS Qantas is a Capitalistic private organization, so once again the Libertarian logic fails.

  5. Starve it! That's been the motto for the Republicans for about the last 30 years. The belief that if they just stop funding sectors of the government, we'll spend less. That sure worked under Reagan and the two Bushes.

Dems should hold them accountable to this. Any Repub senator should forfeit all federal jobs in their state, which includes the armed forces.

Let's see if they will walk the anti-government talk. Half of these poor red states live off government or the military being there. Without it, they're the next Mexico.

I also wonder how many Repub reps and senators are willing to work for free, until the economy improves. Like I have said before, had the Dems stopped obsessing on rights rubbish and started focusing on Americans, they would have cleaned out theses con-artists years ago.

  6. Just thinking would be a good step - and not basing voting decisions on the hysterics of media pundits!

Problem is people will vote anyone in, because the felt they stuck it to Obama. Many felt Obama and government is the source of their problem. Yet in the same breath, claim the government has not done enough for job stimulation.

How do you overcome such ignorance? How do you explain to someone that a baby with Typhoid fever needs antibiotics to heal, rather than some ideologically driven 18th century wives tail of cutting back on food; with no medication whatsoever.

Then when you try to explain that had the water supply actually been regulated, this would not have occurred; you get labeled a socialist. How does anyone get through to such people?

  7. Though I feel there's truly little hope so long as the United States continues to embrace this not-so-united two-party system.

So what do you recommend? 10 parties? 20 parties?

Real change does not come from swapping people in charge - musical chairs - of an antiquated system, it comes from modernizing the system, like implementing the uber successful parliamentary system utilized by most if not all the first world. That is change.

When the US Constitution was established, the country had less than 3 million people in it. Think about that for a second, a system establish for a nation with less than 3 million people. The system does work for small countries but fails miserable when you have 310 million people. There are just too many chiefs voicing their opinions, so nothing ever gets done.

While the country falls down almost every ranking, the bickering continues. Some on here - no names - blame me for pointing this out. They're okay with chest beating opinion based America is the best at [insert topic], just not okay with facts and data illustrating otherwise. Certainly not from some stinking foreigner saying it.

Nevertheless, while these shenanigans continue, while politics in America is treated like rooting for your NFL team, the country falls in rankings; all while the rest rise.

  8. not playing coy. just pointing out that the president & the dems have been lying to the public about the republicans blocking everything. they haven't been able to block or obstruct anything. its been the dems fighting over who get what for their vote that has been the problem for the last 20 months.

That means they are debating things, which is a sign of responsible government. Unlike the knee-jerk, run off to two wars that the country had no chance in hell of ever winning. One would think the party would have learned from the utter failure in Vietnam, to not to start ideologically driven wars that cannot be won. Nevertheless, how was this war paid for? Borrowed from China.

Funny how when it comes to things Repubs deem important, basically dumb wasteful ####### like defense, then borrowing even $200 trillion an hour from Iran, Venezuela, NK or even Bin Laden is not an issue. The largest socialist organization in the world is the United States defense industry, yet it's the one spending Repubs don't want to touch.

  9. what? you mean it wasn't the republicans being obstructionist? somebody has been lying to us.

Republicans did that too, but Dems cannot rely or control republicans. Republicans played a cunning game of poker and bet on Americans forgetfulness and won.

Why else would anyone purchase a car, from the same person who stole their misses? Who in turn took everything from them and left them with nothing. That's exactly how I see the Bush years. It's also how I see this election win. So when people say I am mad today, damn straight I am, as I think how ###### stupid can people be. He ###### stole everything you had yet the first chance you get, after you saved back up for a used car, you give him your business. That is absolutely ###### moronic.

Dam straight it says a lot about the voters in this country. It also says they deserve the ###### poverty and dark future they will get. The same party who put small business out of business and allowed Walmarts to take over everything, now claims they are for the little guy. Every second person I know owns a small business, we also don't have the likes of walamrts or taco bells. I know all too well about what works and who ###### over small business and it ain't bloody dems.

  10. which they had right? then they screwed that up by doing things the voters disagreed with right?

The blue dog clowns screwed it for them. The biggest strategic mistake Obama made though, was going for health care off-the-bat. Their #1 focus should have been getting the economy on track, then focus on health care.

It's like struggling to put food on your table, getting help from people you know, but then ordering the Cadillac with every option.

  11. Anyone can match your imaginary paychecks.whistling.gif

Pleeease, I am not the one who claims to have traveled the world, yet have setup some .......

The quality of your posts alone illustrate your level of education. Unless you have an education, stared some facebook or are in the entertainment industry, you are not going to be wealthy in America bud. This ain't some Canada or Australia after all..

Ironically, guys on your level do extremely well in AUS; however, I am sure you too are earning in excess of $2k a week, as your equivalents do in "socialist" AUS.
