oh wow..yours took like only 4 days to receive your EAD card i see yours is in chicago lockbox... mine is in the NBC..

i think NBC is slower than any USCIS service centers? our states are just beside each other xD i'm expecting mine this week..

but you didn't at least receive 2 dates of card production..i did receive twice (refer to my sig) we did have the same first

card production order date..grrrr i'm getting a little impatient as i want everything to be done at least before apr. 15th..so i can submit

I agree with you about the sytem online, sometime is not really clear, but as soon as they said we mailed then you should receive your card soon

I'm in the same situation I wish I can get my SSN to fill the taxes, I'm gonna tomorrow (April 5th) to the SSN office with the form SS-5

I'll let you know how much days it will takes if I got an answer about the time to get it ;-)

my problem is.. i have done my biometrics appt. last march 2nd..

didn't see any touches on my cases (i485 and i765-EAD)

the lud was feb. 3rd. should i call them about it, or would be

useless?

i'm on day 61 of waiting for any news about my EAD...

same thing with my i485 i just want it to be not really

fast..but at least i can tell there's any progress...

is there any one on the NBC here? my case is there... it seems like

all of your cases are in the chicago lockbox? mine got transferred to the nbc

and i don't know if that's a good thing or not... they seem to be slow.. ??

2 of my 4 receipts number finally show up online, and guess what

EAD card production...one more step ;-)

....my experience - when I filed for AOS I included to be notified by e-mail - nothing, nada, only confirmation I had was from the USPS tracking that it was delivered and then checking with my bank about the checks being cashed.

So I had a surprise when the NOA1 arrived in the mail as there was no notice about anything by e-mail then.

At the moment even filing G1145s with your cases does not ensure email notification.

I filed 3, one each with my AOS, EAD and AP - USCIS is choosing to ignore those and correspond via snail mail only.

When trying to add the 3 cases to my account so I could track online that way it took 3 weeks for the AOS receipt number to be recognised and to date the EAD and AP numbers are not.

Typical USCIS stuff ups at the moment I'm afraid!

just to share our experiences

Same thing here, filing the G1145s form, received by mail my NOA with 4 receipt number (one for each form) I also call them, about not seeing my cases online, answer from the USCIS (it should be appear after tomorrow sir) ...... still nothing ;-)

first off i want to tell you guys about my situation.i came to usa june 2005 with b2 and i overstayed.july 2010 i got married with my wife(american citizen).after 6 months of my marriage we apply for AOS.we filled up every paper that we neen to and sent them to chicago lockbox.jan 25th 2011 the guy from chicago uscis (r.mercado)received our papers.my question was that its been 9 days already and i still didnt receive my first NOA letter from uscis.i would like to know whats the process time on first notice.thanks
