ive heard that the online status is not too reliable and sometimes it doesnt stay current. I see in your timeline that you had to call once already to get your status. Have you tried calling again?

Today I checked online my status

I got this new status :

•Your case information is incomplete within Case Status Online. For further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

Usually I got this one :

•Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

if I am asking it is because they're is no more information like RFE or something else

its getting closer for December and January filers whoohooooo but still piss that is taking so long

We're still waiting, and our date is Nov. 15th. All four of our forms had MSC numbers, and all four can be tracked on the USCIS web site.

Are you using MSC number on the USCIS letter, or the number on the back of the check? that one in my case also started with MSC, but was off by a digit or two.

Hello same thing here, I-130 and I-485 both with MSC #, nothing is showing up

I guess we have to wait until they touch the cases.

just got the email saying "card in production"... huge relief

now just have to wait for it to be in my hand...

h4kim, where are you working? i've been looking but still can't find anything. been on a bunch of interviews and everything. bleh!... trying to look for something in my field (statistics) but it's not that easy. probably gonna have to settle for something part time. bummer.

probably you will get it before then.. usually it takes less than 90 days and usually they take care of it withing 1 to 2 months so your ok for October. good luck!!

but my online case status is still on the initial review so :/

my letter was sent may 9th and it got here may 12th! im

nervous/excited! xD!!! hopefully approval is the best bday gift i'd ever have!!

I received today 04/11/11 my Social Security Card by mail

mention on the card "Valid for work Only with DHS Autorization"

i just got my EAD yesterday, and i just applied for SSN today the lady there was so

nice with my problem about married and maiden name...she said that i should just wait

for the physical card which she registered under my maiden name (under the EAD card)

and i can change it anytime... then she said..my green card should automatically

be under my married name O.o USCIS should automatically do it..so i was like "really?!"

then she said..they SHOULD.. so..i will just call USCIS tomorrow and ask about that..

but nonetheless.. i'm all set with working now xD bum life is over..soon

I went to the DMV to get my learners license and was told I need to bring my actual ssn card, because I had just applied for the ssn 4 days before I was really upset cos I probably wouldn't remember all the road rules in 2 weeks lol...but to my surprise when I got home from the DMV there was the ssc in the mail box. Was shocked cos i applied for it Thursdays and it arrived on Monday.

Wow was faster than fast lol, It will be great if I can have it soon to be able to file the taxes with my wife....wait and see

Don't forget your passport or birth certificate or another form of ID. They want two separate pieces.
