Our Story
We meet on a rooftop in San Francisco during the fall of 2009, Emmet thought Jonathan was rude, he thought she was annoying being on that roof where no strangers were supposed to be.. hihi. Both of them found the other one very attractive and interesting however... and around 3 months later after some bumping in to one another at parties and cafes, Jonathan was invited to along with some other mutual friends, come over for dinner at Emmet's house. That night they couldn't leave each other's side... And one thing led to another.. a lunch date two days later and since then, it's been us! Us belonging together is an clear as the reflex for eyes to blink. Can't explain how or why, it's just the way it is! Started talking about marriage around 8 weeks into the relationship and after living in Argentina, Hamburg, Sweden and now finally together again in San Francisco, we became Mr and Mrs Grahn-Hoyt in the city hall of SF the 5ft of January 2011! We're now planning on living happily ever after! (just some paperwork to deal with first.. :)

We got our approval on the 15th of April 2011!

  Just read in the SF USCIS review you had your interview today - Sounds like it all went well.
  
  We experienced the same that it's pretty common that you won't get a decision told on the spot (did she mention something about the ROC process? That is a good hint that she already made up her mind that you passed). I had my interview at 12.45 and by 5 p.m. had received an email status update that card is in production - so I have no doubt that you will get your approval, too, maybe, h...
