      not so sure pero alam ko pwede ka na labas masok dito kasi may GC ka na. Wag ka lang mawawala sa US ng more than 6 months straight kasi then parang abandon mo GC Mo

      we got ours 1 day before the 6month mark lol, hang in there. i know its frustrating, i would never forget how depressing it was. i so hate USCIS forever they suck lol

      not sure about $401k, but W2s, 1040 and that ITR should be enough. If his W2s are showing enough more than the poverty line required thats should be ok but if you desire to add more proof like payslip that doesnt hurt either. the more evidence you have the better ;)

      you can always try to sched online, if it goes thru then your ok, if not you will have to call and they will ask you if you got the eligibility letter kasi your case might not yet be in their system for interview
