yeah, yun nga just still use ur complete name together with the surname of ur husband:-)

wen ka ba kumuha ng passport sna pla nun kumuha ka ung kasal kna para ung surname ng husband mo na ung gmit mo po? pero cguro igagrant nila din yan kc single ka pa nun ng magpapassport ka kaya sa AOS at IV mo gmitin mo ung maiden name nkahypen na lng ung surname ng husband mo para ikaw pa din tlga yun sa passport mo:-)

hmmm, pwedeng i lost mo ung passport mo din kuha ka ng bago magpa affidavit of lost kna lng kaso nga lng a month pa bago ka makakuha ulit:-(

Sis, u should use ur complete name kc ung cover sheet ng binayaran mo lalabas dun ung name mo as the principal applicant.... pwedeng complete name mo with the maiden name then ung surname ng husband mo.
