hi, about the DS3032 u can download it already fill it up and send tru mail and email for the safety reason... about the DS230 yeah u can fill it up but u have to wait until ur IV fee will be paid that's the time u can email or send it tru mail to NVC:-)

sis, try to call embassy kung anung status na then nagfill up kb sa 2GO? ask mo kc kung di ka nag fill up san send ung visa mo db?
