not sure what next step is, but i guess i have two years before it expires. so we have time to think about something else until then.
I got some weird and stupid RFE a few times with Advanced Parole..Suddenly they said that i didnt signed the documents, even though I have copies with my signature..They are really annoying at USCIS, but everything turned out good.

got approved march 13, so happy that its over, and now we can relax. Hope you soon will get approved, i'm sure the RFE is something you can fix easy. Good luck.

I got approved march 13 and have my permanent resident card now. So happy everything is over, and that we can relax. I hope you soon will get approved. I never had an interview, so happy for that - else we had to drive to Georgia (different state, where we live).

yeah ,still waiting here many months after. But the case for EAD was transferet to CSC. So that looks good. The rest is still on hold. Have no idea why...never seen anything like this before..never waited this long before, to get people to do their job.
But congrats with the ead etc. finally, so happy for you. just wish mine was as fast as yours

I was writing that its a pain, how uscis are doing this process. its like they like being annoying, and don't want people into the country, that actually are legal.
just hope there soon will be an end to this, and i can start working and relax from this process.

K1 is the first step. next step is adjustment of status, which is a long process all over again. Though this time, you can be with your wife/husband.
You have to collect a lot of evidence, and fill out some forms. This is not a huge problem. the problem for us is how uscis handle it, and they are so slow.

almost approved they need one document from the sponsor when they have it, i'm approved WOOHOO...i hope....we'll see

we got an email saying that they received it April 22. No idea why it took them that long to open their mail. we send it in right after we got the RFE.
i hope for good news in the next couple of weeks.

we are very mad, but we can't do anything else than just send in the birth certificate again. and hope they are not losing it again.
hope they look at it within the next two weeks and approve us.

VSC lost US citizen birth certificate and requested the evidence..this took them 6 months to come to this point. and they received the certificate, because we have the copy of the package we sent. VSC ARE MESSING WITH OUR LIFE!
