    My husband and I have been married nearly 29 months. Our petition was sent back to USCIS at the first interview on January 12, 2012 and we are now waiting six months for a reapproval after receiving a NOIR in September 2012. Pray for us.

      Nope we are CA filers and people a month after our file date have been approved..I've called and the said to wait until the 22nd when my 5 months is up.. :(
