I was looking at your timeline and it gave me great hope that perhaps that package is on its way...... cross fingers. I will call that number tomorrow and see what I can find out.

Your timeline also pleasantly surprised me with the date of interview...... YAY! Everything I was reading was telling me you had to wait months and months..... Can you tell I am hanging on to any ray of hope for this process to move quicker than it has. !

Hey guys

Just wondering if anyone else out there is in the same boat as we are.

We received notice on Feb 14th from NVC that within a week they would be mailing out our case to Montreal Consulate.

I have not received packet 3 as of yet and was wondering if this is normal wait time. Seems longer than everything I have been reading about in timelines. .....

Anyone have any info on this stage of the process.

Our NOA 2 was dated Jan 29. ( 170 days after NOA1 ) We received the notice that NVC had received our file on Feb 14th and within a week would send it off to Montreal.

Waiting patiently as well for that infamous P3

It is great that we can share here. Sometimes it feels like you are the only one who is waiting. Comforting to know , it is just all in the process.

Hope all of us waiting on the P3 can all post that we had beautiful summer weddings. ( or sooner )

We just got approved today after 5 months and 17 days! YAY!

Yes I hear ya. 5 months and 2 days since we received our NOA 1 and not a peep.

Yes it is rather frustrating...... but what can we do? Wait , wait and wait some more......

Well at least you have your NOA 2. ( I am very happy for you . It must feel fantastic.)

We also filed in August last year , so five months yesterday from NOA 1 ...................not a word.

Getting really discouraged. Trying to stay positive but you are right ... this limbo type of living and planning is not fun.

Any words of encouragement or hope from others in the same boat?
