    hi sis!...congrats!...nwi ilang months ba bago ka nagpa sched or re-sched sa interview mo?.. kc mag rerequest kami ng extension sis dito kc me mangangnak sa pinas.. :)

    hello sis!..wala pa kami interview date..baka paabotin pa nman ng 3 months before kami mag call and ask for extension for approved petition kasi dito ma manganganak sis..tanong ko lang sis may nka sabay kabang buntis na nagpa medical?.. :) kmzta na processing mo?

      Welcome po! I'm done with my medical.. just waiting for my Interview :) I still feel bad about that Girl who gt denied ..Katakot dn yang magpa Co-Sponsor,baka bigla nalang mag back-out..I'm just GLAD we won't need one..GOOD LUCK SA LAHAT!! :)

      oo nga sis kawawa naman..kailan pala xa ininterview?..made me worried also, we might need a co-sponsor kasi and it will be my fiance's grandma.but we will see to it pa if we need one. good luck sis lapit na din interview mo..

    how will you know that your case was already forwarded to manila?.. yung fianceko lang ba makaka receive ng notification?..

      tawag kayu sa NVC or DOS #202 663 1225 then option 1 then 0 :) He will get a letter from NVC once case forwarded but you can call them para alam mo na ... :)

    just wanna ask if anybody here used an attorney to help file and process there K-1 visa.. i am really so confused at this moment...

    ---->> nag used kami ng atty sis but luckily hindi kami nka recieved ng RFE.. y ngka RFE kau?.. sad to hear that..peru ok lang yan sis thats not the end pa nman.. :) cheer up sis!

      oo nga sis!..heheh! anyway sis yun date ba sa acceptance ng case doon sa USCIS na site same date ba din yun sa NOA1 or hindi? nguguluhan ako akala ko yun na..heheh!..naalala ko pa yung sinabi ko sa iyo noon na yun na nag noa1..heheh!..kasi bu aug 11 na received ng fiance ko yung copy ng case nmin at nandun yung receipts and was dated july 19, yun ba ang NOA1?..
