    Merhaba Ameriturks!

    Long time no see. Work has kept both Ky and I very busy these days. I love all the great news around here! So I believe congratulations are in order.

    It feels incredible to wake up to this man every day. I go home every day for lunch, and seeing his face smiling and waiting for me is unbelievable. I have to keep reminding myself that this is real. We're finally together. And Tolga is a VERY clean man. lol. He has our home immaculate and makes the best Turkish dishes. I am so lucky. The wedding is in 6 weeks! We're so excited.

    Also, Tolga read your message and said thank you so much. You are so kind. The VJ folks we have met have been great and so helpful. It has taken the pain out of visa filing. :)

    Tolga and Sabrina: Thank you for inviting Ky and I to your wedding! Loved the invitation and your wedding pics are beautiful. ...you know my favourites of you two! So I can't wait to hear the news when you two announce that there's going to be a new addition to the fam! xoxoxo Love you two!!

    Hello AMERITURKS i wish the best wishes to everyone.its 9 m0nts that i have been here in USA i realy enjoy everything here.i was homesick realy bad (off course still the same i will miss all the time)the first mont i arrived i found a job...at bakery i am still working there..... i got REALY GOOD NEWS FROM MY WIFE MELEK THAT SHE IS PREGNANT I got shocked that time i didnt know what to do just kept quite it was the best thing happened to my life i will have a kid. MELEK she is pregnant since 9 weeks 2 days it is realy amazing that feeling to have a baby the best thing in the cosmos.i can not explain my feeling i wish i could have explain my feelings...i am realy happy as i said i wish the best to everyone

    Melbar & Melek: Congratulations on the news of new Ameriturk! Ky asked how you were Baris, so I'll be sure to let him know you're going to be a Baba!!

    Ironically, Tolga will be leaving Izmir at the end of January to come home to my daughter and me finally! :) His interview is January 19th. We can't wait!!! So exciting....the beginning is near ;)

    Enjoy your time with your family. It's a magical place indeed.

    Isn't his interview 8 days from today? Anyway, I think bahachell might have that world pic of the apple map and if I recall, that has "8 days till our interview" on it. Wonder if you can borrow that for yours too!

    how are you? how is life going on ?

    Yes i m working and i love it but i hope i will have a full time opportunity if they are hiring a person for full time

    I am also going to attendant an ESL classes on monday i think i will have an exam that they gonna figure out which class i need to be

    Hey that's great about your new work! The Christmas season is happening soon so many businesses will offer full time "seasonal work" , so maybe you can get a job with a business like this. Ky is doing great and loves his tarla. This is so much better than when he was at usaf base in Baghdad. DANGEROUS there. What's better is that he is there for Baba, who goes back and forth with his illness; but he's stable. At any rate, we're doing great, both working hard and saving.

    ESL classes! This is great and will you be going to a Jr College or is this a program they offer through the community? LOL do they have this kind of class for yabanci like me so I can learn to speak Turkish fluently (not broken'ish lol), in Adana? How about Incirlik?

    GUYS!!!

    Today Tolga and I were APPROVED!!! We waited 171 days to get that message that our petition was approved. But we are so happy, and NO RFE!! So now we wait on the next step of the process. We know we are not finished yet, but soon we will be together. YAYYYYY!!!! Thanks for all the support. We appreciate it! Thanks Mari for all the awesome visa process advice and direction on here. You've been incredible :) HUGS!

    Tebrikler and thank God you had the patience of a SAINT. Sometimes the waiting process can make people CRAZY and IMPATIENT. What they don't realize is, it doesn't speed up the process.

    I'm very happy for you and Tolga! Oh! BTW, I saw what your 'future mom inlaw" wrote on your FB page... that was incredibly sweet and welcoming!

    You two have fun now and keep really mellow Gurlfriend!
