yeah me and marjo either,I dont believe in divorce and he knew this before we get married.. i think they try to mess u up and make u wait for that and that is what ap is all about too.. alot of marriages cant take this, but us that do will be stronger:D

what ive never heard that it could take years especially after rfe , that means background check is over the tier 2 person told me..she said they only move on and review case/rfe after background checks are done..morracan(sp) wife is divorcing so sad:(

nope nothing hun, call them but it took 4 days to get approved, i didnt know a thing like a dork until i got txt msg, thought it was from Marjo..lol and almost had heart attack signing in to uscis..:Phaha

maybe you got a different rfe from me, they ask for parents adavadavits but nothing about birth certificates of children..had to show dad was dead and could not send one..so no there not kidding just asses:(..yeah go above your boss and go to hr..if they wont write specifically to turkey, have them write u were on vacation x-x time, will work to hun..

just over nighted it using post office with confirmation that it got there... they approved 4 days later, above person should call tier 2 about waiting that long for rfe..
