  Ok i am sorry to contact you in this way - i am new to this and know of no other way. But i was wondering if i could ask you a few questions, I am from chicago and am living in Tirana with my fiance we are getting married in Nov and we want to start the process - So i have questions, of course, lol but i am also in need of friends here i was wondering if you are in Tirana and if so for how long?
