    Oh wow, really? Thats awesome, but was the circumstances the same? Like, did your cousin marry before or after meeting them? Has your husband tried going to the consulate to see if anything was up. 8 months in AP is torture I'm sure. :/

    Uhh, just hating Texas. :D Im hoping we can escape here in a few years but I think we're stuck until 2014 at the earliest. He's due on December 23rd! So not much longer to go...have you consulted a lawyer about the proxy thing? I really think thats the cause for delay.
