what if you done all that and you have set a interview in 2 weeks and us manila still have not received the packet. what happens then.

So I'm a June filer and i called USCIS and i managed to talk to a officer. The officer is kindly enough to put a service request for my petition. I guess we can start putting a service request as of now.

If you look at igor list 2010. The approval goes way up in Nov 2010

that 5 month is based of calendar days.

we called USCIS yesterday and they told us, the K1 takes about 5 months and that its only an estimate. and that it could take more than 5 months. i was like whaaaat! in my person opinion, i think the charts here are about 85% to 95% accurate.

5 month to complete it, if it didnt happen you can file a expedition.

i agree i have 1 more month and we hit the 5 month mark and USCIS told me if i dont get it on Nov 13 i can file a expedite :x

if you research igor list from 2010 may till 2011 june. most of the june filers last year gets approved by nov first week.

you can tell them at you are pass due of the 5 months national average and wish to rush the process.
