hello everyone, I married my husband in june of this year, I am a citizen of usa by birth, he is from the United Kingdom, we meet 2 years ago. While he was visiting me here in usa we decided to get married. A couple of weeks later we went and got the paperwork for ajustment of status......he had to go for a physical before we could submit the paperwork....after the appointment it was our anniversity for first month. We decided to celebrate in canada. We went for the day. upon retruning to usa from canada, border crossing refused his entry back into usa after searching car and finding our marriage license.His stay was not up until aug 2nd which was a couple of weeks away. they refused him to come back, sending us back into canada saying we needed to go to embassy and apply for different visa seeing we were married. Well. wait to get appointment was 3 months, so we ended up getting him emergency flight back to UK. Upon returning to usa I applied for1-130 after getting letter then I filed1-129f AUG8th, 2010. On Nov 2nd recieved letter case was being sent to texas center for processing. This is where we are now on our case. Of course I cry everynight......a nightmare...but I have faith.
