      hi. next week plang ako file for my AOS. I applied for my SS number 11days after i get here then after nmin kinasal and i got the marriage license, i went to SS office to change my name into my married name..and now after 5 days i already have it. (my SS card)

    is it really required to have that Blood test and TB test here?? i guess that's the reason why instead of atleast 20 to 50 dollars lang ang cost ng transcribe of vaccines, they still add this..lahat ba ganito??i haven't been to CS so still looking for cheaper :)

      Hi. I just received my I-693 form from the civil surgeon we went to. I didn't get any recommendations to get additional vaccinations. What were the ones you needed? I'm scared that I missed something in completing I-693 form. I'm in San Fo.

      maybe you had completed already the 4 vaccinations atleast. is that what is indicated in your vaccination worksheet given to you by the clinic where you took your medical exam? because i had only 2 vaccines done from the clinic when i had my medical exam..and it is indicated here that i have vaccines history incomplete. that's why i still have to ask for it. can i ask for the civil surgeon contact number and how much did it cost you? thank u
