  1. The first sentence states: THE ABOVE PETITION HAS BEEN APPROVED!!! :D:D:D

Other then that, it is usually going to say that the case has been forwarded to NVC. Mine said that it has been forwarded to the consulate but it really went to NVC. Other than that it reminds you that you need to get married in 90 days or the status will expire.

Congradulations to all November filers on their approvals and good luck with the rest of the journey! :)

We received ours yesterday. Im gonna call the NVC to see if they received it. Thank You! :)

  2. Well Im sure you guys are sick of reading my countless emotional rants..... Just wanted to let you know that we got APPROVED today!!!!! YUPPY!!!! I got the email about 1 hr ago...... So for all my fellow Novemberites that have not been approved..... Please Please Please hang in there.... Trust me it will happen... I have been the biggest psycho during the wait, so if I made it you will too. xoxoxoxoxoxo

    PS..... Now what??????

  3. UGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

Just called USCIS... Alegedly they (VSC) are currently working on the the petitions received on 11/2/10.... If they really go in date order, I would like to know how is it that people with later NOA1 dates are being approved... I love how they so politely tell you to just sit around and wait until they are good and ready.... ####### (please excuse) is goin on? Do these people not understand that they are messing with peoples hearts here. I feel so sick right now.... :crying:

  4. BTW.......

Being the true psycho that I am.... I constantly check the oct pg just to see how far along they are. They seem to be going through the same level of frustration us VSC filers are going through. Below if a post I C&P from someone who wrote their senator... So lets def wait till after six months, just my opinion.

    Dear fellow October Filers,

I have, after 5.5 month mark, decided to get the whole Senator shenanigans started to see if it would help at all. Though I think there is not much we can do to get it done faster than the VSC capacity, i thought maybe a lucky touch via this request may turn into a NOA2, but no! I got the standard answer.

    " Dear Ms. Ak....,

Thank you for contacting me with your questions regarding the I 129F petition that you filed with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

USCIS shows that your petition was received on October 26, 2010, and is pending adjudication. Processing time for this form type is 5 months. Processing times for specific applications and petitions at the Vermont Service Center (VSC) are provided on the www.uscis.gov website and are updated weekly. Based on fluctuations and variables that impact the processing times and for the purpose of interim or final adjudicative processing, the VSC allows 30 days beyond the posted date before the case is considered "Outside of Normal Processing Time" (ONPT).

An additional 30 days must be allowed for adjudicative review and processing before USCIS can request expeditious processing based on an ONPT request. If the application or petition is still pending after 30 days, in this case after April 26, 2011, and you request expedited processing at that time, the case will be forwarded to the applicable adjudicative unit for their review.

Again, thank you for contacting me. For further information or to sign up for my newsletter please visit my website at...... "

So, I guess this means after the 26th, I will have a right to expedite, or is it just a comforting thought they are trying to implant me, to make me feel better and shut up. We'll see...
