      Results within 48 hrs, sent by scan/email.

      Petitioner received letter from NVC today (June 7)

      Beneficiary received letter from US Consulate (Vancouver) today (June 7)

      Moving on to 'Packet 3' process

      NVC sent petition to US consulate in Vancouver, Friday May 31st. Case # given over the phone. The beneficiary, ME, should receive a letter from the consulate this week.

    Didn't send in enough evidence. They received a 1.5 lbs RFE package yesterday. 2 x Letters of Intent, 1 x Circumstances of meeting Letter, and LOTS of evidence... proof of meeting. We followed the USCIS/DHS instructions. Should have paid more attention to the VJ guidelines. We've learned out lesson.

    Hey there fellow VAN-Canadian! Always excited to see peeps from the same area, filing the same thing. Checked out my status on the USCIS website, April 11th, they sent my fiance a notice/letter, 'request for evidence'. Not sure what they want. We'll see. Happy Journey!
