      NOA 2: May 10th

      Petitioner received letter from NVC today (June 7)

      &

      Beneficiary received letter from US Consulate (Vancouver) today (June 7)

      Moving on to 'Packet 3' process

      NVC sent petition to US consulate in Vancouver, Friday May 31st. Case # given over the phone. The beneficiary, ME, should receive a letter from the consulate this week.

    RFE for child of USC..born out of wedlock...They asking us to submit some evidence to proof that their parent-child relationship is bona fide..Some of the documents we already submit but they still asking for it...I guess we just have to submit again..What else can we submit?any idea VJ..

    HI Vj..here's my story, I have a live-in partner for almost 18 yrs...He immgrated to U.S last 2009 then he become a u.s citizen in May 2010 after he joined the u.s reservist..He filed my I129f last Jan 2011..he haven't seen each other since he left in 2009.. but our relationship still exist and we have 5 kids together..The 2 oldest ones are with him and the 3 youngest are left with me..He also filed a I130 for each kids,Last May 18 UCIS sent a RFE..I dont know yet what particular docu...

      I wish you luck.

      Our I-129F got approved today. ( via USCIS site).

      6 days after the USCIS reviewed our evidence.

      The RFE notice my fiance(USC) got was also regarding meeting within 2 years. (I think that's a general timeline they use, the 2 years prior to filing the application).

      Keep the faith that you will have enough evidence.

      Reply to the RFE, with the evidence/information that's requested in the notice.

      I'm not sure if a waiver is necessary in your case, but it's my understanding that 'mishka1' (previous post) submitted it due to their circumstances. (read below)
