    Question for you...I just got off the phone with USCIS and was told that "according to their system our petition has not been approved" however, we have gotten our letter from the Department of State and the packet from the Embassy. Ever heard of that happening?

    OMG! We are approved....but never knew it till we got a letter from the State Department today!!!!

    Okay I am looking at all of you that have been "touched." We are October filers and have only been touched once and that was in November. Should I worry?

      Don't worry. My case got touched a few days after my NOA1 back in August and I never got touched again until my approval in January. Some people never get any at all. I wouldn't be concerned. :)

      Don't worry you will be touched soon I would say like by the end of the month or March. Stay cool I know it is hard as I sent off AOS October and not been touched since I got my EAD card. lol Till yesterday and they are sending a bloody RFE ggrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

    Feeling a little upset and sad. Seems people are starting to hear about their NOA2 and we are still waiting...

      yes,it's a long wait. I saw ur timeline says ur approval will be around May 2011. Hang in there :)

      I just looked at your time line and if your lucky and Vermont get moving you could get NOA2 end of Feb into March. We were approved in 3 months. Good luck keep me informed ok
