Hi guys,

I just wanna give a little update on our case, I did try to call through my pldt 1-909-101-7878 the lady who answered me is Candy, she asked my case number , fullname and address. Then she got information of my case is now in USE no other information she can give me other than my priority date is March 6 I assume it is the day when we filed our petition in CSC. It's still a relief to know it's there and I do believe sooner I will get my packet 3. She asked if I receive my packet 3 already and I said no I just got my Manila Case from my fiance which is from NVC.

SO, now the rest of sept. 7 approval cases must be in USE also, then maybe a week later of us.

We both have broadband internet, voice call & webcam conversation most of the time when he wakes up or before going to bed to complete our day.

I have a dog ..

he is my son. he totally is a charmer. his name is Diamond " diamee " for short.

he is bossy - so most of the time I call him "POPs "

I have a 3 yrs. old mixed poddle(terrier) since his 3 mos. old who slept with me.

1 japanese spitz (female) had 14 puppies/3 timer mom

1 adopted terrier

2 spitz/poodle(4 mos.) for adoption/buyer is better

1 cat

My fiance have 1 male & 2 female rottweilers, they slept with him in his bed. We need bigger bed later 'coz there's no enough place for me.

wow this is good news!!! keep it up USCIS:) but give justice to those who already submitted rfe's and hurry up the approvals ...not unless they are in the hit list when doing the background checking. but in my experience they are fair enough except the IMBRA related cases. Lets just give them chance for new filers if they're going to have changes.

WOW!!!!! Thank God! I was sad that i didnt get any touches at all but surprise surprise!

I checked it last night and nothing changed. But my fiance called me today and told me we got approved!!

CSC trying to cover up the mess that they are in...its hard to understand even you have to consider each case is unique still it's obvious they are not processing according to NOA1. but i dont agree they have to wait for those people who filed later while they need rfe for those you did not submit documents to satisfy the process. Hope they are doing what is right and be fair to everyone.

Am used in waiting longer but still there are times its hard to be patiently waiting. But if i see someone who waits longer than me i'll just have to say God have mercy on Us all who are bearing with the pain of waiting to be approve and done with the journey.

I was touched, but it is just the post RFE receipt touch.

There have been seveal approvals of varying NOA1 dates over the past couple of days though, so something is happening!

Just wanna say I was touched today bcoz IMBRA rfe's was received updated my case porfolio & email notification saying preliminary processing was done.Thinking positive here. I got d go catch 6am mass.

Yes LBC is a good shipping company in philippines for that, much much cheaper than UPS or Fedex one of which im a manager for and im still telling u dont use them :-) .....like Yogib37 said she may know some shipping company's near here place in phils that ship to usa.

does anybody - US-Phil , had any experience shipping STUFF . i am a pack rat and i have some really

nice stuff which i have bought elsewhere and do really want to send them to the states. some are a little

bit expensive stuff.

yes ur right i already checked it but i forget the exact price but kinda pricey for sure coz i do remember no way il have to use the service of LBC not unless i really needed to do it.

My fiancee and I are nearing her interview date. She has just about everything ready. I know Manila requires a police report for the city she is currently living in. Does she need a police report for all cities she's lived in? (she's lived in one other). I remember reading about the requirements someplace but can't remember where and if it's all cities (even if ithey are all in Philippines) or only if there were other countries she's lived in. Does anyone know or can someone tell me where I read this? Thank you

just get a police clearance where she recently residing...or the address where you filled up on K1 visa.Anyway, she will need NBI clearance upon her interview.As far as I know she needs some requirements to be able to get the Police clearance from Barangay etc. She can call to ask about what's the requirements most of the police clearances I think are digitally made not sure in her place.

same thing for me>>>don't excite me much since my fiance called them yesterday and asked about the rfe's when he able to receive it and they said wait for 30 days huh! and he said we can't do anything at this time. So, to mke the story short we filed march 16, 06 and applied change of address june 23 .called 3 times about the case already and confirmed they used the new address for rfe's due to IMBRA i dunno how long it would take into mail from CA to OK.

congrats for all those touches....still am in denial don't like to be too excited yet coz i know am easily get frustrated. but i do have smiles in my face seeing alot are being touched!

Well from lebbylyns timeline you gary c. should have recieved something from them already you filed your petition before her's as well as mine also.

But i havent heard anything from them either,so i dont quite understand the order in which they are sending the RFE's out.

I just wish they would post on there web site something to explain whats going on just to ease everyones minds.

I know they wont do that but its wishful thinking anyways.

I know they are working on alot of other type of petitions but its so annoying being left in the dark.

i was trying to be very patient with the processing but i can't just keep my silent...after all i was touched for the first time even though it's just an email notice but as like the rest of the members... my fiance checking his mailbox no RFE's yet. he just called the CSC for his change of address last june 23 also where same day they send it. now, we don't know where they sent it to his old or new address. he is trying to ask his friend to check his mailbox...i really told him to let me know if ever he finally get it and warning him that sooner it would be in his mailbox.we check online status both almost everynow and then. trying to see if anything new in timelines and i check here for any updates . i see members closer to me like gobdogman & gary c & alot of them they had longer of waiting than i have... trying to be fine as many people is getting mixed emotions and i know this waiting is really killing our patience. let's just pray they will process it fairly...i hate going ahead or being left behind. Am glad i found this site through a friend also who has been here during his journey. I learn alot how the processing works & learned things from those experiences & personal opinions shared here ,alot of off topics are good & make us smile or laugh a lil.
