Don't feel down..everyone here had to go through this process too. It's stressful to wait but it's worth it when you are all together again. During our K1 process my fiance and now my husband always chat on skype everyday and sometimes sleep there together too!

There is only one - SS-5. And you can also fill it in the SSA office while waiting for your turn.

Yup there's only one form to fill up. You can either do it online but I did mine in the office. I brought my passport and I-94. It was very quick and no hassle

NOA1 received in the mail yesterday.. Now waiting for my biometrics appointment letter...

You might want to get it because some of the forms are asking for it.

I sent only my passport's bio page, visa page and entry stamp. I just followed what was asked in the AOS guide here.

You don't need I-130 for K1.

Hi guys..does anybody know what it means when your case has been routed to National Benefits Center?..just wondering

Same here. It's been almost 2 weeks since they received our AOS package... Still no text or emails and no NOA1. Should I be worried?

Hey I got my email notification just now. It says that my case has been routed to National Benefits Center.. which I think I can possibly have a AOS interview. You shouldn't be worried because some people have their NOA1 after a month.. and they said it's just normal for some cases. I hope you get to hear something good soon!

In our I-129f package we included boarding passes, hotel receipts, passport stamps, flight itinerary and pictures. And during our interview I brought our printed emails, few screenshots of our chat logs, and pictures. And for the writing part my fiance made a small paragraph explaining how we met and his first visit in Philippines. We didn't hire an attorney as it costs a lot of money! We filled out the forms and used the example forms guide.

Plus this website is really helpful. Try to read and learn a lot

We filed our AOS last August 30 and didn't hear anything from them yet too.. Still patiently waiting but hoping to hear and see the NOA1 in our mail soon! )

I would just like to us, we mailed the I-865 but didn't receive any mail about confirmation. Does it matter?
