hi, I might ask for a info pass next week. It's been too long for our interview date to arrive. I'm a little bit worried now. Hope we can finish this.

Hi Ryna, we still don't have any interview date. We called the USCIS and they told us that they are still processing the December and the January fillers. So they told me to wait until October before they call me again. But if this month, if we still don't receive it, I might try the infopass. I'm a little bit worried already. We had address errors too, that is why we are delayed. Hope we could receive that interview date.

hi, I have my working permit. Got it last month July 13th. I'm still waiting for our schedule for our interview for greencard. Is this normal? It is 5 months already still no schedule, what will I do?

Hi to all, I'm done with biometrics last July 12, 2011 and received my EAD Card last July 20, 2011. What will I do now? Will I wait for our interview? Our case was transferred in CSC last May. Is it possible that we won't be interviewed anymore and get our green card right away? Please help. Thanks!

Hi, I finally got my ASC Appointment (Biometrics). I called them and followed up and they found out that my address they encoded is wrong. So I needed to update it and hopefully I can receive a notification that my address is correct. I really want to do walk in but my address issue is not yet notified, that's why I'll just wait for my July 15th schedule. By that time I think its ok already. Thank You for the help!

Your local office might be very busy. But you should call USCIS (number on your receipt notice) and they will put in a service request.
Yes, I hope that's the reason. Hope they did not lose or mislooked our case. Im so worried and feeling so down now. Because until now I'm just here in the house waiting for it to come. I will call tomorrow morning and hope there will be answers in my case. Thank you.

Hi Fellow March Filers, I need your help! I'm worried about my Change of Status & working permit papers. It's been 3 months now (March 21, 2011 filled) still no Biometrics Appointment Letter. I already received the receipt and the transfer letter that its in California already. But no biometrics letter appointment until now. What shall I do now? I checked all the March fillers and usually they have their biometrics done already. Hope you could help me. Thank You!
Is it normal that until now I don't have the biometrics letter? What can I do, where can I call? Thanks for the help.

Good morning everyone,
I was looking at the latest list and I think some have received GCs, interview dates, etc. without it being updated because they never returned. I know for sure at least one person received the GC and never mentioned it here so the list is out of date in some cases...
Anyhow, this leads me to wonder: Who is still waiting on an interview date (that hasn't been transferred to CSC)? Any who are still waiting been delayed by an RFE?
I'm sure it's nothing but, after coming in just under the 5-month wire for the I-129F approval without any RFEs, we were kind of hoping for an AOS on the shorter side but it's not looking so good anymore. Even if an interview letter were to arrive this week, we'd probably end up at the full 4-month mark for total processing time. It really just occurred to me that we're in month #3!
We really want to plan a trip to visit family in Colombia this summer. Even though she has AP, we're a bit hesitant to make any travel plans with a TDB AOS interview date still hanging over our heads....
Hope we all hear something soon!
Best of luck! We're all waiting on the good news!
I'm also delayed. Had the CSC transfer but until now I still dont have the biometrics schedule. I followed up last June 8 and told me to wait for another 30 days. So worried about it because biometrics usually comes out after 2 1 month and a half after filling. Its almost 3 months now for us, still theres no letter and schedule.

still waiting for our biometrics schedule/letter. We followed up last June 8, 2011 and told us to wait for another 30 days. Hope to get it soon...5 months stuck in home without work and license...haaaay

I recommend you to call USCIS, we had an issue too with the biometrics. They got our papers on march 3, and after some calls and infopasses appointments they finally issued the biometrics for AOS( after making a service request with USCIS). No word on biometrics for EAD/AP. In our last call they promised to send combo card as its already approved it since april 28, we still waiting for it. I really think they just somehow misplace, forgot about our case, because there is no RFE, no background check going on, they keep telling all is normal but still we are empty handed. Maybe is something similar going on with your case? Check our timeline in my signature down here.
Good luck!!!
After giving the service request? can I ask if how many days did you wait for your appointment letter? do you have it now? thank you.
-
yes, actually we have the same case. I already called and they gave me a reference number for my update. they already report it uscis and told me to wait again for 30 days. Im so worrid and i need to work already. hope it will come to my mail.

hi again, we filed last march 21, 2011. Until now we don't have our biometrics schedule? Most of March filers have their biometrics taken, im so worrid. Is that normal? please help!

Where are you located? Some offices are very busy so it takes some time before they can schedule an appointment for you. Usually they will put in a service request for you if you call them 30 days after you last heard from them so you can try and give them a call.
i called the USCIS service center and told me through an answering machine that our case is still pending. is there other numbers i can call? thank you. i live in van nuys, california now

Hi again, I found my application support center, but I am afraid that without their appointment, something might not go well. Is it safe if I'll do that now. I called USCIS and an answering machine told me that my case is still pending. I live in Van Nuys.

hi we filled my Change of Status and Working Permit in Chicago last March 21, 2011. We received the NOA1 from Chicago March 25, 2011. Then we received another transfer notice in California last April 8, 2011. Until now there is no letter and no biometrics appointment. Is the normal? Isn't that long enough? Help please...I'm worried for the long wait compared to other who got their appointment in less time. Thank you very much!

Hi to all! Arrived Los Angeles (LAX) last night! Finally with my fiancee now. So different and really need to adjust now. The MNL-LAX (Philippine Airlines) direct flight is the best. Its the smoothest flight ever for me. Its fast, in 12 hours I arrived in LAX from Manila. It's so good because the flight is at 10pm, when I board, we had our dinner served then at 12am we slept then woked up at around 6am. From 6am to 10am I watched movies without knowing that we arrived already. I suggest that you take this flight! I got it $850.00 from a travel agent. Booked it 2 weeks before my flight.
After POE? What will I do now? SSS? Marriiage License? Wedding? Help. Thank You!
