  1. Thank you very mucho for your response :star:

If the FBI clears your fingerprints, then your Green card will be mailed to you within a month or 60 days. In case, there is any problem with your fingerprints, you may be asked to go for another biometrics test( no additional fee). So there is no exact time frame.

    Tnks for your response!!

Process times vary because it depends on how busy your local office is. You will get an interview appointment notice when they schedule your interview. If your case was transferred to CSC then it will take about 3 months but it might take less or more than that.

  2. I recived package 4 last week and in the medical instructions says that your fiance can not take any vaccinations before the medical exam. There are only two doctors, Dr. Sandro Corigliano and Dr.Oscar Situ. The cost for the medical exam is 300 soles and the vaccination aprox. 450 soles.

    The vaccinations are:

    - PAPERAS

    - SARAMPION

    - RUBEOLA

    - POLIO

    - TETANO Y DIFTERIA

    - TEXOIDES TETANICO Y DIFTERIA

    - TOS CONVULSIVA

    - INFLUENZA TIPO B (HIB)

    - HEPATITIS B

    - VARICELA

    - NEUMOCOCICA

    - INFLUENZA

    - ROTAVIRUS

    - HEPATITIS A

    - MENINGOCOCO

Suerte

  4. If you do not wish to read another negative post or insist on telling people who have no patience left to be patient....please stop now and go away.!!

I can not believe VSC...when I sent my 129-F to them in August they were working on July filers....they are STILL working on July filers....Last week these morons managed to approve only one VJ application...ONE???...CSC approved 9 in one day.!!! The simple truth is I dont care what lame excuses they give anymore..I also think it is useless to call them and be read a script. We need to become the squeaky wheel and ride our congressmen each day until they are as sick of us calling them as we are. My 5 months is up...and I intend to start calling each day!!...To have patience for me requires progress to be made and there is not being made...They are 170 days PLUS now and getting longer each day...??

Folks we must call ...it is our only chance...I will send email to but these are so easily ignored. They congressional offices must answer their phones...

    ANYONE else feel the same??

You can send an email to VSC.Ncscfollowup@dhs.gov and tell them that you have passed the 5 months wait.

We did it and they responded the email in 4 days sayin Your request for expeditious processing is approved

and after 3 days we got our NOA2.

    Good Luck!!

  5. If you are already in the K1 visa process is very likely that in the consulate denied the tourist visa to your fiance(e). If they give you the visa may be denied entry to U.S. and return to his/ her country.

I am in the k1 process and also I have a tourist visa, but that's not a problem! The thing is you can not enter the U.S. with a tourist visa if you are in a migration process

  6. Have a tourist visa in Peru is very easy!!

Your future mother in law only needs her work certificate saying that she works in this school for xxxx years and she have vacations for a week!

Is recomendable that she takes her salary receipts and if she wants her bank status account or the credit card status account. If you want you can send to her a letter saying that she's going a week for the wedding and you are going to sponsor her whole trip, in the embassy never read the letter but is better have it and don't use it that need it and don't have it!!! Maybe in this case is necessary the copy of the k1visa.

    Good Luck

  7. That's the beneficiaries Alien number. It's their number for life and their identifier. Sometimes it's just called your A number (I know the drones at the airport didn't realise the A stood for alien). No matter where the beneficiary goes that is always their US Alien number and they should keep it somewhere safe. Even if they don't end up immigrating, and 50 years from now they try to immigrate and someone says "do you have an alien number" that number is STILL their alien number.

Not to be pessimistic but for example, some people's K1 relationship don't work out so they go back to their home country. If they try for another K1 they would write that Alien number where it asks for it because they should only have one (like with a SSN)

And how can I know my case number? I want to call to the consulate here in my home country but they always ask for a ''case number''

  8. Dear VJ's

Thank you again for your help and faith cheers!
