    Ok, appointment for his bio is set for Feb 24th, so we have to make an overnight trip over to Jacksonville for that. Also, his case was transferred to the CSC today.

      Sorry I´m using this thread but i´ve been asking like crazy and nobody answers.

      Do you know if the Police Records they give in Mexico ( The PGR ) are enough for the American Consulate? I mean, i know that they ask for criminal history SINCE AGE 16 but i´m not sure that Mexico gives that detailed information. Did your fiancé´s records show that? If so, How did he ask for them? Is there like a special petition for the American consulate?

    have a copy of NOA2,got our mnl case no. by calling to the NVC and they already send it last Feb 8 here in USEM now waiting till my honey receive the NVC letter so i have a copy and ready for medical... do i need to wait till i receive a USEM letter before magpa-medical? pwede ba mgpa medical khit wala pa sched ng interview? just wanna make sure,thank u sister's God blessed our journey ^_^

    Thanks GOD I am done with my Police Certificate request from other country and it takes 2-3 months it is gratis. I'm Hoping that our NOA2 soon.God Bless us.

      i´m working on my police record from another country, it will take me aprox. 1 month, but someone has to do it for me since i don´t live there anymore.

      I know.... that´s why i decided to not look at it anymore and be surprised with a letter . By the way, i´m not hoping for 5 months anymore so just relax and enjoy your everyday life.

    It was 6 months yesterday since we filed. Why are they putting our life on hold. We want to move on and can't. How frustrating this whole process is. God is still good.

      Spain belong to the Visa Waiver program. I already bought the ticket to go see my honey in December. Do you think Immigration will let me in? How can I convince them that I´m coming just for a few days, that I will leave by January? Any advice? Thanks.
