John and I met when we were freshmen in college. He was in the US on an athletic scholarship and student visa. We became friends immediately, then best friends, then after a few years of having the best friend ever, I fell head over heals for him.
In 2007, John graduated and had to go back to England because his student visa had expired. We did the long distance then for about a year and a half until John proposed to me in England. We got married in Austin, Texas in 2009 and moved to Spain for about 7 months.
We began filing for the I-130 in February and cannot wait for the process to be over.
