  3. Hi Ed. I did not do a 156K for my fiance's child. It doesn't apply. I did do a 134 for my fiances child though. My fiance submitted everything so they took it, but I don't know if they asked for it. I would just do it to be on the safe side, you would still use the same economic proof, so it's probably best to do the form just in case. Let me know if any other questions. Good lu...

  5. hi marido. Yes, we knew we would get denied the visa. my fiance Entered without inspection (EWI) in August 2002 and returned to Mexico in June of 2003 (10 months). She also returned to the US (EWI) in July 2007 and returned to Mexico in June 2010. She is under the 9B ban which bans her for 10 years from entering US BUT she can file waiver which we will do august 31. Let me know if any questions.
