I am so happy that everything is going fast!

  5. Hi everyone!

I am so embarassed that I am doing silly things!... :(

Imagine that I am trying to tran how to fill out the forms and now I think I made a mistake. :(

I went to the embassy web site in Rio de Janeiro and tryed to fill the form ( But I didnt answer all the questions, it was just to train and print out one copy for me) then, I am so afraid now because we get a barcode with our name printed. I JUST DID THAT TO TRAIN, NOW i AM AFRAID IF THEY CAN CONTROL OUR INFORMATIONS AND FILTER WHEN WE TRY TO FILL OUT THE FORM AGAIN :(

Will be this a problem? What will happen now?

    Could someone help me please?!

    Thanks!

  6. Hi people!

I am a little stressed about the process of this K1 visa and Dont know exactly how to fill the Form DS230. On the web site of Rio de Janeiro Embassy it says we should just to fill the part I but on the exemplos here at visajourney it shows that we have to fill the part II too. So I dont know which one is right.

    Can someone help me?

    Thanks!

  7. Hi my friends!

I think I will go crazy about all this K 1 process. I fort to write on the form G- 325 a for K1 visa the correct last name of my father. His family last name is de Santana, I wrote just Santana, because my name is just Santana, and my sisters and mother they are just Santana too. I dont know what I am gonna do. I am worried because I will have to fill the other forms for my interview where I will have to write my father's last name again, they will see the difference.

A question: Will all our forms we fill to apply for the visa go to the embassy that will be our interview? Because if they send the form g-325a goes to there they can see the difference.

Another question: Do the USCIS send back all our documents when we fill 129 F?

I am sorry to bother you friends with all these questionns, but I cant even relax anymore. :(

    Thanks !!!!!!!!!!

  8. Hello my Friends!

I have a question: I took a passport picture to apply for my K 1 visa but on this picture I dont show my ears, I have long hair and I just put my hair on the back. Will that be a problem? Do we have to show the ears to send USCIS our I129F?

I am so worried! I already got my NOA 1, but I dont know if they will ask me for REF.

    Thank you!

    You have always being nice!

    Thank you!

  10. I know I signed it in the wrong spot and they sent it right back. I'm guessing it would have come back quickly if they were gonna reject it. What kinds of things did he leave blank? I mean some things are kind of obvious.

He left in the blanck some questions about me. Question 8-( Social security number), I dont have. Question 10-Names of prior spouse, I've never been married.

Question 12- If I am Currently in USA. I've never been to USA.Question 16- If I am native alphabet uses other than Roman Letters.

Part C Number 1- If he is serving overseas in the Armed Forces in USA. That's what he left in blanck.

  11. Hi!

I am so worried :( My fiance Filled the form I 129 F and in some questions he left the places in the black.

He didnt write NONE or N/A.

I am afraid if we can get a information telling us that we need to correct the form and put our process behind.

    Please, can someone help me!?

I would like to know if we will have problems with that.

    Thank you so much!

  12. Hi everyone!

I want to know when we apply for the visa is from our NOA 1 that we know if all our doctuments are correct or not?

Do they let us know if is everything correct, I mean about the forms. Do they ask for us to correct or not? Do they ask us for more proof if they think is not enough what we sent? I want to know if is from this NOA 1 that we know all these things.

    I will appreciate your reply.

    Thank you!

  13. The goal here is to meet the 125% above the poverty guideline outlined in the following link: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-864p.pdf

The USCIS will not look at just one paycheck. Your sponsor should supply all requirements for the I-864 form and additional if needed. This could consist of a number of pay-stubs, prior copies of bank statements, (3) years of tax transcripts (free from the IRS), etc. in order to prove you are above the 125% the poverty guideline for number of persons in the household. If you are below then you can seek a sponsor and present this information in the form. I would think there is little concern as long as you have the documents to prove the past and current income. My advice would be to file this year’s taxes and include them if this will be beneficial to show the income is at the correct level. My your visa come swiftly. (Smile)

    Thanks a lot!

    I was worried about that.

  14. Hello!

Could someone help me about my question?

Here is: My fiance works as a salesman in a company of air conditioning and heaters, his money is on comission, some months he makes a good money, other dont. But in end of the year he reaches what they ask about the poverty level. So in the end, he makes a good money and can prove that he can support me in USA. I concern if he will have problem just because he can shows his paycheck of some months which sometimes he doesn´t make a good money, but other months he does, but his income tax for the year shows that he can suppeort me there.

Will he have problems with it or not?

  15. I have searched the topic here, but have not been able to find an answer... :-(

When you go for your medical exam at Rio de Janeiro... do you live the Doctor's office with everythng you need? is everything done on the same day?

Thank for the information! :-) am trying to get my wife to relax a little bit about it...she has her CR-1 interview on March 1st :-)

    Marco,

You dont need to worry about anything.

I have talked to your wife and I asked her to call her doctor in RIo Dr. Alenxandru and tell him about her interview appointment. He will do a X-ray of chest, and a VDRL that´s all. The only thing she have to ask is when he can give to her the result, she has to get the result before her interview. I have talked to her about that. Dont worry everything will be ok!

    Good luck!

  16. Hi people!

I wonder if there is a time limit for submission of the forms after I filled out. For exemplo: I filled out my form in january 10th, my fiance is still trying to get all the papers together to apply this week on friday. Is that a problem because of the date that I filled out? We are applying for K 1 visa.

    Thanks.

  17. Hi everyone!

I am here to ask you all if somebody can help with this doubt. I live in a place which few days ago changed the name of my street and my zip code, but when I filled out my form to apply for the K 1 visa I wrote the old name, I still live in the same address but changed the street name and the zip code , now is the question: Will I have any problems with the USCIS when they check my address and see that the name of my street is other and the zip code is other?

    Please, help me?!

    Thanks!
