CR1 kung US citizen na cya...F2A kung permanent residence lng cya

kung kasal na kayo ng wala pang 2 years CR1 ang visa mo it means Conditional Relative Visa kung more than 2 years naman it means Imediate Relative Visa...But if you guys also filed a K3 visa the i129f then naapproved at mas yun ang pinursue mo kesa sa CR1 or IR1 then K3 yung type ng visa mo...Hope that helps a little...

I think about 30 k1 july filers have already been approved... still almost 90 to go though..

If you go to Immigration Timelines in the top menu bar you can select Igor's list and see all of the current approvals for your visa. :-)
