  1. hi..how's everybody? its been a long time since ive stop posting here :) i've been busy with my life here in states.. anyway, we just filed joint tax of my husband but we had an issue about the money...cuz he needs to pay taxes.. so we decided by next year we will file tax separate.. is that would affect my adjustment of status next year? i hope not..

      First off, you're not adjusting status next year, you're removing conditions (called ROC here on VJ). BIG difference! And no, filing separately will have no affect. As long as you file as married, USCIS doesn't care if you file as separately or jointly.
