    hey guys.. how long does it takes to receive an SS after POE? do we need to wait for a mail or we need to file at the SSA office?-tnx in advance :)

      Did you check the box on the DS-230 that you wanted an SSN to be assigned to you?

      Ok, well wait for 3 weeks from POE. If you don't get it in the mail by then, go to a local SSA office and apply. That's what I had to do. Got my SSN 10 days later after that.
