We're approved! Visa came in the mail this morning!! Going home in Nov. whoo!

Well, I think we're approved now! They didn't turn us down and said that there was some more prossessing to do. The interviewer also said we were esentially approved.

Thank you! I'm getting so nervous and all I can think about is his interview. It's so close now!

All they said from their email is that this is clearly a mistake. We'll show up October 20th with the error letter and see what happens.

I can't believe it! We got the interview date letter from the embassy today...and the interview date is wrong! It says the 20th of September even though at the top of the letter the date it was sent clearly says the 27th of Sept. Thanks guys...

Thanks so much for the reply! It's starting to put my mind at ease now. We're filing at the Lisbon embassy which is a long story in itself, but I'm hoping our affidavit won't be much of an issue. I've just been going back and forth over whether or not to include the interest income I make or to just leave it all to the assets.

Hi! I just saw your post about the I-134 and was curious. I'm filing without a cosponsor since I have around or more than 5x's the needed assets, but I have no job income. I was wondering if you put your father's interest income in for his annual income? I'm trying to figure out how to handle that one myself...

Looks like our interview will be around October 20th. Seems like such a long time to wait!

Sent off packet 3 today with all that they asked for. Here's hoping for an interview date soon.

I sent all documents with DS-1075 on Sep 13.
Sep-07-2011 : Medical Exam
1. Waiting and Urine collecting by yourself
2. Doctor called me up and went with his room.
3. Asked me about my details through my biographic details on my passport
4. checked all my vaccination records which I've got from my General physician.
5. Checked and signed on the papers
6. Checked all my body ( I was a half naked...why?)
7. Singed again and...

We have a medical examination date now! They told us to go find all the vacinations first though... Wonder how common that is?

Wheeeee! Our case arrived at the NVC on the 4th, and today was shipped out to the embassy!

Hey, LostandFound. It's good news. We are still waiting for the notice from NVC. Have you got the letter? We are getting crazy. It is so painful waiting. We are going to call to NVC on next monday. What should we do for next step? Would you give me any inform? My fiance and me are getting tired. We must be together already at Utica. Why do they make waste our life?

I've been calling and checking since Thursday, but they don't seem to have us on file yet. I'll call again Monday and talk to someone.
