Hey! The benef receives it in about 2 weeks so the can check their local post office. Some places deliver it to the homes. The petiti gets one as well. I got mine in three weeks. The actuall packet does not have much. I would say start collecting your docs anyway. All u need the packet for is for the medical. dont think so, some people did not put it in back in the days, like my birth certificate no tiene la cedula de mami, eso depende de la persona k lo haya declarado. talves su papa no puso la informacion completa de la madre al momento de declarar. pero siempre y cuando la informacion del declarante(el padre) este completa. i think everything is fine. but double check just in case hun
