Did u call nvc? If so what did they say how long will it take?

That's the correct email email them back and say u tried to put in a service request but they did not help u and that's why u emailed them. They may give push back but keep replying (I got the same message) u have bbm?

I think it was the email and the same day my senator called to. They have to answer them in 48 hours. Did anyone respond to u today?
