Just a quick question, I'm confused about the interviews: My fiancee has to be at the consulate interview too?

As far as I know, it's not "required" (although there may be some countries where it is) to have the petitioner at the interview. But it's more proof of a bona fide relationship if the petitioner is there and they can provide moral support. But if the petitioner can't make it due to work or it's too expensive, I'm sure the consulate would understand.

If you want to know for sure if it's required or not, I would suggest posting a topic in the regional forums for Europe (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/95-europe-eurasia-except-the-uk-and-russia/) with a suggested subject line of 'Netherlands: Petitioner required at interview?'

Just joined up on the site...my previous idea of how much information there is was wrong. Very wrong.
