      Case was upgraded to IR1 on the 6th and I got my interview date yesterday for august 23rd. thnx for the support will let u know the outcome

      We have paid the fees,hubby will send AOS paperwork when he goes home(he's here for the holidays)gonna do the police cert next

      month so we can send IV packet hopefully he will get interviewed by february so it would just be a matter of updating the case when he does his oath

      BTW, the senator's office claims VT is not processing F2A I-130s right now bcuz the priority dates are not near current so I guess we are back to the original plan of waiting for him to get his citizenship
