hello Visajourney friends, I would like to ask if anyone knows whats the recent appointment dates which the US embassy here in Philippines given out? any information will be greatly appreciated.

previous petitions are all still active and neither of the beneficiary and the petitioners didnt do anything to withdraw the previous petitions... all previous petitions should be withdraw by the petitioners or the beneficiary... after you received a letter from the US Embassy stating it was revoked and they sent it back to the USCIS that's the only time u can file for a K1 petition again...

  If the Embassy already returned both petitions to Uscis, does it automatically mean that both petitions were alreadyreboked/ terminated and could file a now one? Thanks for the reply. U can pm me too. God bless
