yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay just got the update for NOA2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the best part I can celebrate it together with my fiancee

Hi, no worries, it probably will be something simple. But I can feel you, waiting for the RFE hardcopy to arrive drives you nuts. Anyway, with our RFE they wanted us to send them copies of the front pages of the petitioners passports. Actually my fiancee is sending the response out today with some more evidence that we have met, like flight tickets and bank statements from Germany and pictures...

Where is the RFE hardcopy?! Its been a week yet and still waiting...

dangit...we just got an RFE...oh well at least its moving along!

Hi, I just read your post about the email you got from USCIS. We placed a service request on March 8th and we got the same email yesterday. Sayin that we get a decision within 45 days. Hopefully it wont take this long. Good luck to you!

nd they say it takes 30 days to review. Maybe I am to impatient now but when one day passes more without any good news we both feel sad, and this hurt of being seperate. sorry, but look at it the positive way at least you heard something from them finally and as soon as you send the required evidence back within the next 2 weeks you might get the NOA2, sorry for the delay.

I agree with you, there is not a reason why it should take longer than those 5 months. I have not seen any Oct. filers being approved, just Nov. Jan and Feb. which makes me a little bit upset about CSC. But our day will come where we get the NOA2.
