She received a letter about how to schedule her appointment right before she left for Manila... No package, though.

Thanks! A few days after I received my letter from the NVC she started trying to schedule her appointment online. It wouldn't allow her to schedule because she wasn't in the system yet, but she tried again every day or so... Then one day it worked. That was the day they received the papers from the NVC and entered her information I guess.

No, we don't have the visa yet... Her interview at the embassy is on May 16
