vsc says to wait minimum 60 days while they review our case because of anerror THEY made! go figure!

infopass appointment tomorow at 8am...we're going to request that they expedite our app on the basis of a uscis error...something's gotta give already!

congressman emmailed us a form for us to fill out and fax back on friday...

so we called the call center and making reference to vsc's email they transferred us immediately to a higher ranked repp.she says that she has now maden a service request for us requesting that our petition be "reinstated" and we shud hear from them in 15 days(jan 27th)...got a confirmation # from them for that service request...

so vsc emailed me back.they say we need to call the call center and ask for a service request and let them give us a service request management inquiery # and then email them back with that #...here we go again...

vsc says we will hear from them within 30 days of receipt of our letter...that takes us to feb. 4....they damn well better do better than 30 days my 5 months is up on thursday!

still nothing to update! vsc got our letter from wednesday and still no word from them! no word from the congressman's office so trying the senator today (thanx L13!)...somethings' gotta give,and soon!

update: sent a copy of letter va email to vsc.called orlando congressman and left a message AND emailed said congressman asking for his intervention along with attaching vsc letter for his perusal and information...fingers crossed!

laduque u talking alan grayson or daniel webster?on graysons website there was a form like u said but i cud'nt download it.then i got a # from the website and called and grayson actually answered!i spoke with him and asked if he cud help with an immigration prob he said he does'nt do that anymore,the new congressman was daniel webster and we shud try to contact him...webster was sworn in yesterday...

to go ahead and write the letter and send it today.so i wrote it and emailed it to greg to print sign and fedex today so they will have it by tomorow (i'm the administrative part of our team lol).the rep says if the mistake was in fact their we wont have to refile...so lets c...

ok updating u guys...so i was sooooooo dissatisfied yesterday with the advice/instructions greg got abt waiting on the physical notice to reach him before writing the letter.so i bugged him into making a 3 way call this morning and so i got to talk to a custember service reo and ask questions myself.i'm saying it unresonable to ask us to wait for a notice that mite not come (cos maybe it was actually sent to the person who really did want his application withdrawn!) so she said to go ...

Hey Cam... I'm so sorry to hear about whats going on. I wonder how they could even mek a mistake like dat. Well, all I know is that you can send the letter in (mek sure you get you and hubby fih sign it... he's still there right?) and they can reverse that withdrawal. Good thing is dat when dem do that now the approval should be right behind dat. Ah suh mi hear it usually go when someone get a RFE. This is almost dih same thing.

sigh...they say we have t wait till we ge the notice in the mail and then write a letter saying that neither of us withdrew he petition...their mistake and we have to pay for it!ggggggrrrrrrrrrrrr

guys...i just checked my case status on uscis...said i got touched on the 30 december was estatic so i clicked on our case # to c if as a result of the touch they approved our petition...so i saw immediately the blue lite on the decicion circle but then i read it and it said they are acknowledging our withdrawal of petition! i'm crying and confused and greg is so mad! he tried to call but it was after 5 so no one was answering.has to wait until monday to have it sorted out.they ma...

when we called the uscis tollfree # and they ask to put in our case # the same recording comes up that a notice acknowledging our withdrawal has been mailed to us...they made a big mistake...someone either put in the wrong info for our case # or made a mistake as to which case# their looking at...cos the case #s goes in sequence so sometimes its just a digit thats mixed up...###### happens but y me?
