I'm not even allowing the negative comments to steal my joy. I got more information on my case than either myself or my lawyer would've obtained by calling. Do you think it's just a coincidence that peoples cases are either approved or receive an RFE after a call from a congressman's office. It means something. I'm not a person to sit back and just wait when they are behind on their estimated time to process a petition, because while you're waiting and hoping, I'm being proactive.

Thanks for ur response i needed that..we r being advised by a lawyer now so i feel better. He was sent back the same day,he never left airport but anyway he will have a statement ready for when he is asked..thx
