I just saw your quote on police certificate from Israel. So, it will be sent directly and the NVC will not count it as an RFE? correct?

It is so stupid. My wife and co sponsor typed thier name on the i-864 intead of writing it by hand...easy fix though..congrats on the interview but aren't you CR-1 Visa? i thought only "K" visa gets the AP?

Soooo Loto, we called them tonight, and guess what? "It has not even been reviewed yet. Allow 4-6 weeks. Well i know they always say that but man...they really must be backed up. So i'll call again next Monday and surely by then i should get something!

Day 5 no word. I will call the NVC tonight to see whats up. Maybe i'm missing something...watch it will be the certificate..

My friend, when you checked for your sign in failed...you did that in the morning or at night ont he third day? Today is my third day, so im hoping to check it tonight...,

yeah Loto. I mean, even if they demand to see it now, there is nothing i can do, because its going to be sent directly to the Consulate. Thats exactly what is stated in the letter the Israeli embassy wrote. So physically there is nothing i can do since they do not send it to me (because of their law), they send it to the US Consulate. I did this way ahead of time...

sent everything on Wednesday so Monday will be three days...I'm hoping to get it closed just like you did. But that is the only thing bothering me...I'm guessing the NVC should also know that different countries have their was of handling the police certificate. I just hope someone over there won't ruin things......thanks man....you know a lot so thats why i'm asking ya...

So i said, well, i'll need them to write exactly all that to the NVC, explaining that i won't have the certificate physically and i've gone to require for the certificate. I told them to sign, in the embassy letter heading and the Israeli seal on that letter. So do you think the NVC will count that as an RFE? I obviously have gone to apply for it. I'm hoping to get a case close ...

My friend Loto, you're experienced. Hope you can give me a peace of mind. I don't know if i've told you this, i lived in Israel when i was 16 so i need a police certificate from them. Went to the embassy and they told me no problem BUT according to their law, i can't have the certificate. It will be sent directly to the embassy where i am having my interview...

Yeah man..thanx...I wish i was in your shoes man, just get a sign in fail. I'll check on Monday or Tuesday. Hoping i don't get an email for an RFE. I'm pretty positive that i got my bases covered and a letter saying my police certificate will be sent directly to the consulate. that is my only worry that the nvc will say its an RFE

Yeh it is. I also woke up this morning to find three automated response..so they got my certificate three times....crossing my fingers for a case complete next week to make december!

I think it is what i'll do. My wife scanned the original certificate. It has a lot of crazy images. I'll print and scan a photocopy, like that it'll be less. Thanks man!

Congrats on the case complete man. I envy you. I tried sending my marriage certificate and now i don't know if NVC got it or not. Normally it sends you a automated message. The file is pretty huge (19 MB) so i'm guessing thats the reason why i have not yet. So now i don't know if they got it or not.....

wow my friend. your case is moving real fast. I still gotta wait for one of my wife's w-2. Thats what i'm waiting for. I'm so tempted to just send the packet without it. i wonder if they even look at all scanned emailed documents? well everything is paid for just the damn w-2. I'm only getting it on Wednesday . Ah ok. So the person must have thought i overstayed in the United States. Well i didn't. I was there as a student and did my post completion. So it does not involve me....thanks!
