    I need ur help i went to agha khan hospital on may 2 for my medical they took blood sample and x ray but Dr aziz jiwani is not present so they said the report will be reviewed by dr on may 6. I need to know how ur fiancee completed her medical i am a little upset as the interview date is very close i am running out of time

    Thanks man. I have already sent my orignal birth certificate they requested for the orignal one in my packet 3.5 and also orignal police certificate. So now i will be going with original medical and proofs of our engagement. i will surely wear my engagement ring as per ur sugestn

    Yes i was of the same opinion but i visited american express then they said i need to provide all requested docs. No need to worry they will keep them in a safe place. I have provided DS-156 2 copies, DS156K, DS157, DS 230 part 1 only, Orignal birthcertificate, Orignal police report, 2 photographs, Passports copy and affadavit of support by sponsor. Thats it

    lolzzz... my fiancée send an email requesting for packet 3.5 on the same day i my file was received by consulate. After 1 day embassy emailed us packet 3.5 contents which i have replied on 7 april.

    AP is mandatory for pakistani citizens but in ur case the girl is pakistani citizen so no need to worry ur fiancee's visa will come fast as compared to males beneficiary.

    no there was no touch before approval. when they touched 1st time i got straight RFE then on 2nd touch they changed my status to RFE response review then on 3rd touch i got approved.

    They asked for copy of entry exit stamp plus visa on petitioners passport which is primary evidence although i have sent ticket boarding pass and itenary with the petition. They also want some more photos and beneficiaries passport copy thats all they want.

      usually it just takes a week, probably your noa2 has been sent by mail without them update the status :)

    Congtraz for getting NOA2 finally after RFE. Can u plz tell me is ur online status at uscis website change after they received ur response to RFE. I have read somewhere that status will change to RESPONSE review after they received RFE reply. I am confused whether they received it or not reagrldless that i sent it by return receipt.

      Hello, thank you! Yes my status did change to RFE response review after they received my response. I did not expect it to be so fast. I got the email for the RFE on 9-16-11 and the hard copy on 9-18-11. Then I mailed my response on 9-22-11, I used overnight delivery. Then I got the email saying that they received my response on 9-25-11. Finally today 9-28-11 I got the good news. My status online also changed today to post decision activity. So you're looking for about 12 days or 2 wee...

      So i need to wait for some days to get the approval. I am worried that they have actually got me response or not i have the signed return receipt but i am still affraid that after expiration of deadline if they said we didnt receive your response then what will i do.

      For me they asked for evidence of meeting in last two years primary and secondary evidence. I have submitted ticket bt forgot to submit visa exit entry page. Now i am submitting that page together wd 45 photos of us together

      Omg thats what they asked from us and we sent them everything the day after we got the hard copy :) and my status is changed in two days.
