yeah..right. Scare me a LOT. So his interview app is Jan 12, BUT in fact, Jan 12, Which is right now in China, he go 1230 pm to sent all the orginal papers and tommorrow Jan 13, he get the interview on 0730 AM, 2 DAY PROCESS..I will let you guys know as soon as i got the results from him...God bless us..and hope he get the PINK!!!!!!

The other thing i heard is when the wife appiled for husband, the chance they get the visa is lower than the husband who applied for wife, it that true..these days someone keep saying that made me crazy..i do all the papers and stuff for him..still could sleep...going crazy!!

Yes, thank you. Right now they do two days in China,.First day review on all the doucments, the next day do the interview. I do review all the forms, but i didn't gave him my I-130 OR G-325A,is that a requiement? P4 didn't mention it, so i just gave him all the doucment i e-mailed to NVC and other supplement docment.

Loto..my husband get an interview on next two days...i am so nervous right now..God..pray for us...

Loto, i hope you enjoy your vacation there. I don't know if you back to VJ or not. But i got a question from my I-864 form and log back on. On that form for the number 26, I entered my checking and saving as support to my case, but i added all up to number a (checking and saving), but acutlly , some of

them are certificates of Deposit, i didn't seperated them..is this a big problem...

Well, here comes a question, what NVC will do after SIF? i saw lots people say a final review of the case, what is that mean? and after that is what? my case sent to GUANGZHOU, China? I will notfiy the interview date?

YEAH.. I think because of the elec processing, i just e-mailed all the stuff on Nov 19 and 20, and got SIF today..How cool is that!!Just want thank you for you help during past several months, it's really helpful...

BUT the employment letter, i just have W-2 employer's letter, right? for the I-864,line22, do i had to check both a as employee and b as a self-employment and need provide the evidence of 1099 employment? I just check a as a employee to my company. Totally lost right now...sorry i had so many questions...

so if i meet the requirement for just sponsor one people and my income meet the 125%poverty line, i can use form i-864EZ, right?

Loto, my salary will increase and will meet the poverty line for 2010 for the next 3 month. so do you think i can go ahead write the annual income OVER the poverty line to NVC on the employment letter? Because from the past 6 months pay stub, you can't see that, but if added up the increase salary for the next 3 months, its should be OK.It's OK to do that? This poverty things drive me...

Loto, on the form I-864, line 23, is this the current year income? if this is not over, how can i know how much i am expecting to earn? right now on W-2,i might now pass the poverty line, but i will add 1099 at the end of the year, how it works? My year 2009 is work above the poverty line. can you help me ?
