Finally got SSN, welcome letter and receipt notice after almost 4 weeks.

Good luck with the rest of the process, and yes, we all know "the woman" at the embassy. My experience with her will fill pages!

Getting a job as soon as I get to the US is whats on my mind!

So the original documents are still in the sealed envelope to be surrendered at POE? Just woke up to the fact that I dont have my original docs and was wondering I would be getting them back at POE. Been calling the embassy to ask them if my docs are in the 'DO NOT OPEN' envelope but no luck yet.

Congratulations. Just read your review. Quick question, did you get your documents back at the interview or were you told they are in the sealed POE envelope?

Quick question, I tried to get the 14" X 18" envelope indicated on the embassy website but I couldnt get that exact dimension. The only thing I saw closest was a padded envelope and it was VERY big. Could you please give pointers as to where you got the return envelope you submitted? Thanks.
