Actually Darnell, I was wondering about the criminal/police records. My wife studied in the US for almost 3 years (2 masters). It seems NVC requires criminal/police records from all places that she has lived for more than 1 year since the age of 16, but since she is in China and unable to come to the US now, she cannot possibly attain her US criminal records. What should I do?

Yeah I just returned from a trip from China. During the trip, NVC sent me an email indicating that all documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of my case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

I guess I am done with the NVC stage?
